Ganda ng fifth and last photos. Ang sarap pagmasdan ng mga bata na para bang nakaka-appreciate na ng beauty of nature.
Late afternoon and sunset - always my favorite time of day. I am somehow energized during this time. However I feel kinda gloomy after watching a sunset.- Sidney said...
Happy Easter!
Love the last picture! You are getting romantic, Señor!- said...
Wow! People actually wait for the sunset. And it's a lovely one.
Happy Easter, Eric.- said...
I'm glad that Manilanyenos haven't lost this wonderful (and free) pastime of waiting for the sunset. Great photos... tells a great story.

As usual the Manila Bay sunset is as majestic as ever and it's the more pleasurable to be watching it nowadays because of the improve and cleanlier sorroundings in Roxas Boulevard.
The sunset here is Zamboanga is also magnificient in its own way; maybe I'll show a picture of it once I got it.- Señor Enrique said...
Oh my gulay, better not watch a glorious sunset then, Rhoda ... hehehe! Ano ba yan?
I'm surprised that there were many children who were anxiously waiting for the sun to set; might have been influenced by their parents :)- Señor Enrique said...
Sunsets do exude romance, don't it, Sidney? There were many lovers as usual cuddling while enjoying the sunset yesterday. You're right, very romantic :)

Thanks, Irene! Trust your Easter Sunday was lovely. In NYC, everyone dress their best on this day :)
Yes, I was really surprised to see that many people (mostly families, too) who waited for this glorious nature show.- Señor Enrique said...
And it was a family affair yesterday, Toe! Lots of them spending their Easter Sunday at Baywalk and waited for the sunset. It was wonderful to see that many local folks really appreciating one of God's gifts to us Pinoys -- the glorious Manila Bay sunsets!

I'm not exactly sure when I'll make it over there, Greg, but at least now I have your contact number. I had also bookmarked your site, and will most probably leave you a message before heading over your way.
Good luck with your upcoming events :)- Señor Enrique said...
Perhaps, one of these days during your day off, you can dash over to Baywalk and catch a sunset with your camera, Lino. Let me tell you, it's worth the effort :)
- Señor Enrique said...
That would be an exciting trend to start, Major Tom. Everyone posts a scene of sunset from wherever they are :)
Yes, they are doing an excellent job in cleaning up the area and maintaining it. However, over by the Manila Yatch Club, it is just strewn with many garbage. It's really filthy and smelly by that area.- Señor Enrique said...
And I'm sure, Kyels, you'll have many more chances once again when you come back for another visit :)

I'm not sure what to think/feel about this photos - but they poignantly reflect the general mood in Manila bay - people and nature!

Hi Jase! Manila sunsets have truly become a major attraction not only to foreign tourists, but to our local folks as well. They really are amazing!

Belle, I've been admiring your vacation shots, but somehow your comment page would never come up for me to post my comments :(
I will try again later.- Señor Enrique said...
I agree, Sheilamarie, that although it can get crowded at Baywalk, watching the sunset is just so soothing.
Hope you had a wonderful Easter Holiday as well? Thanks!- said...

I was in Manila Bay too. But I spent most of my late Easter Sunday afternoon in Harbour Square waiting for the sunset and preparing to take my night pictures of Manila Bay & Roxas Blvd.
There were a lot of people in Manila Bay waiting for the sunset.- Señor Enrique said...
One of these days, Change, I will check out the view from Harbour Square. I've always wanted to, but somehow Baywalk would always be it for me. I need a change of venue :)
It was indeed crowded that evening.
