life is a continuing process of learning but sometimes its too difficult to understand- said...
That saying is so true. Love those curly lines. Well captured.

that's so true, eric. and pls allow me to add some more words of wisdom:
By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest."
thanks for sharing that quote and wonderful image. God bless!- said...
challenging talaga ang buhay, sayang lang ang panahong lilipas kung wala tayong matutunan sa buhay, diba?

I like that painting on the wall!

How true it is, Pusa.
As old as I am, there are times I am confronted by circumstances which I fail to understand at first. Ongoing talaga learning process natin.- Señor Enrique said...
Thanks, Ferdz! From the moment I saw that wall with this simple graphic, I was immediately drawn to it -- very Zen-like. Simplicity is really quite a thing of beauty.

" ... and third by experience, which is the bitterest."
And ironically, in the realm of love is where we are presented with some of the bitterest.
Beautiful, Nell. Thanks for sharing :)- Señor Enrique said...
Tama ka nga, Iskoo. Para bang walang katapusan ang pagaaral natin sa buhay kahit kung minsan ay masakit and dating.

Funny but it is undeniably true as well, Sidney ... hehehe.
This wall was created to shield the construction going on in Greenbelt. Some construction sites in NY have some artists draw fascinating images on their plywood barricades as well. But along Manhattan's Fifth Avenue, it is a must -- you have got to be creative with your barricade lest you get complaints.- said...
very poetic for a photo. :D

3-D ang dating sa akin ng figure sa pic. I thought all the while it was a coiled bar or rod or something for decorative purpose. Then I clicked on the larger image, ay, drawing lang pala. hehehe. Must be my eyes? Or the way you photographed it that did the effect.
Nice quote. :)- said...
The painting on the wall is as enigmatic and inexplicable as life itself. Good shot :)

Isn't it, Jervis? I also like that whoever had done it, included the drip of the paint.

The image can play a trick on one's eye, or is its simplicity deceiving?
Thanks, Rhoda :)- Señor Enrique said...
Maraming salamat, BW!
Perhaps, the image and quote are subtle hints that at times, some of life's wondrous lessons do come to us rather uneventfully.- said...
I love the shot; beautiful. And it was a nice quote to complement to photo.

Beautiful shot, Senor. BTW, I'll be leaving for NY in 2 weeks. I'll post pics, baka namimiss mo na ang dati mong uwian :)- said...
I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.
Life is simple, its just not easy.- Señor Enrique said...
Wow! New York! This would be the best time to go shopping for clothing there since their summer merchandise which you can wear back here at home will be greatly reduced by now!
Have a safe and wonderful trip, Scrooch. And yes, please bring back some pictures :)
Love the quote you shared as well. Thanks!- Señor Enrique said...
I knew you were going to appreciate this, Kyels :)
Thanks!- Señor Enrique said...
I bet one can alternate to simplify the day, Rey. But both are truly worthwhile efforts :)
