I love your photo! Is this your bed?! How do yo maintain it? (the housewife in me :-)) I'd love to dream in it as well as have breakfast, lunch and dinner on it :-)!
I think the most important rooms in my house are the kitchen, the banyo and the bedroom. Why? Because these are where my body, heart and mind are nurtured and cleansed.
I love sleeping at times so I cannot identify with the quote :-). Sleeping for me not only rest my mind but gives me more fodder for my creativity.
Thanks Eric for the nice bedroom idea for me!- said...
The decoration's beautiful even if it's only for the bed. Sort of exotic.

That is a beautiful bed for a greenhouse. I don't think i'd want that much greenery in my own bedroom though, I prefer a stark, clean look.

It is indeed a very inviting bed, Luna -- perfect for a nap so long as it doesn't rain ... hehehe!

Doesn't it look comfortable, Carla? The white sheets may make it a bit of a challenge to keep it as clean and pristine-looking all the time :)

You're right, MTan. As for an outdoor bed, I'd personally go for a "papag" as my Tia Isabel used to have under a mango tree in her backyard in Subic :)

It is a lovely setting, Kyels ... exotic and can be romantic, too. Some candles would make it even more perfect :)

Oh, what a bed. I'd pay a fortune for a comfy place like this.

Allan Watts once lamented how most folks seem not to beautify their kitchens as much as they do with their living rooms and bedrooms; considering the fact that it is in the kitchen that one prepares his daily sustenance.
I can imagine what a lovely dwelling you keep, Bernadette :)
By the way, this isn't my bed. The gorgeous property is an artist commune we visited yesterday in Antipolo -- The Silangan Foundation for the Arts, Culture and Ecology.- jon go said...

Especially on a lazy Sunday afternoon, Jon, with a pitcher of chilled kalamansi juice right next to you ... hehehe!

It is without a doubt a comfortable bed, Major Tom. But I'd probably move it indoors :)

Lovely place... is this where you invite your girlfriends? ;-)

Is it bedtime storytelling yet?
Nice set up for a bedroom! Wala bang lamok, kasi open yung paligid at walang kulambo? Not good for those who sleep single on a double bed.- Señor Enrique said...
Not an ideal niche to spend the night, Pete, for God knows what else might creep into bed with you while you sleep ... hehehe!
But is does make a fascinating study for a subject for painting or photography in which many artists do here.- Señor Enrique said...
Consider me a shy person, Sidney ... hehehe. Never had any flair for exhibitionism.

Its soft pillows and white sheets make it even more beckoning, J4nn. But only for an afternoon nap; not overnight ... hehehe.
