INNER DANCE WORKSHOP

This is an introduction to Kalipimu to be conducted by Troy Bernardo, one of Inner Dance's traveling teachers. He brought Kalipimu to Morocco, Portugal and Spain, spending most of his time in Andalucia. He is currently bringing the practice to different islands of the Philippines.

It's about getting in touch with the inner Spirit and taking the first steps toward healing through movement, as well as living life through the dance's practical applications for profound change.

To survive in this "crazy" world we all need some "inner dance".
Good initiative!

This would be a great workshop. I am one who believes though, that true healing depends on one's will. Books, counseling, workshops may help but only to a certain extent. In the end, it is only the person who can really help himself to get rid of all spiritual or psychological setbacks within him and achieve what is called - awakening. :)

It's my pleasure, Troy!

I'm glad to know about and share such wonderful happenings. Your workshop reminds me of the many enlightening talks and seminars in NYC's Open Center.

Unarguably, Kyels, your school comes first :)

Yes, we really need stuff like this to help us with "centering" especially during crazy times!
