escape said... i definitely agree with this. there should always be change and not just change but a change for something good. through "change" we risk a lot, we learn a lot and we gain a lot.

I like change and adventure. But in my present situation, I can't make any major decision without first considering how it will affect my family. So in the meantime, I content myself in this comfort zone. :)-

Fascinating. I've been mulling along these lines these past few days. It's so easy to cling to the familiar that lulls us into a [false] sense of security. It certainly takes courage to break out of our comfort zone and explore the unknown. Nagiging deep pala ako pag ganitong oras! hahaha

I usually cringe when I hear the word "change" because of the unpredictability of it. Of course, I like the phrase "change for the better" but then the way change manifests is often mysterious---sometimes dramatic and sometimes as subtle as an evening song.
My hope is that I always have the acceptance and inner peace to always face Change. Unconsciously, I have often opted for risk-taking though. Kaya nga, with my propensity for the untrodden path, I keep praying for strength and enthusiasm for each milestone. Thanks, eric, for the lovely passage...and photo. Reminds me of this island :-) where I live.
