I knew they were rehearsing Thursday and Friday so, I stopped by Quirino Grandstand right after coming from Intramuros, Gita. Unfortunately, it suddenly rained.
This was the Penagbenga group from Baguio whose rehearsal got derailed because of the rain. I was told they were unable to rehearse at all because of this sudden rain.
I have studio lighting class until five on Saturday and will definitely miss the festival's opening ceremony :(-
