I knew they were rehearsing Thursday and Friday so, I stopped by Quirino Grandstand right after coming from Intramuros, Gita. Unfortunately, it suddenly rained.
This was the Penagbenga group from Baguio whose rehearsal got derailed because of the rain. I was told they were unable to rehearse at all because of this sudden rain.
I have studio lighting class until five on Saturday and will definitely miss the festival's opening ceremony :(- Señor Enrique said...
Hi Kyels,
"Aliwan Festival 2007, named as 'Mother of all Fiestas', brings together hundreds of of the countrys finest craftsmen, street performers, and amateur models hand-picked to compete in the dance parade competition and float competition. The center of the attraction in this fiesta is the "Reyna ng Aliwan" beauty pageant. Cash prizes awaits the winners in the competition. The contingents are after the honor that they will get for being named as the best of the best."

Hi Superpasyal!
I stop by regularly to your site, but the comment box takes forever to load oftentimes. With a mere dial-up access, I had to abandon posting comments.
The Ten Titas eatery in Araneta complex as you had featured, I will definitely try once I explore Cubao X!- mgaputonimimi said...
