again, great pics technically. we tend to expect that from you. on the first photo, the guy in white has a similarity with my nephew, thought it was him at first glance.

Thanks much, Photo Cache! That young man in white was supposedly a Datu or Rajah. The float they were on carried only a royal family and their musicians:)

I love the expressions on their faces. It shows how much they enjoyed being part of the festival!

Most of the participants were young people, Kyels, ... and with the heat, I can imagine how exhausting the whole event was for some of them.
This is the reason why I included a picture of two drummers who looked like they could use a good long rest.- Sidney said...
Colorful!
I also wonder how those dancers ... and photographers ;-) survive after a long Fiesta day !- said...

Hehehe, my legs still ache from last Saturday, Sidney.
Darn, I am a Lolo Eric; no longer a Tito Eric ... hahaha!- Señor Enrique said...
Yes, aCey. A lot of work went into their costumes. Beautiful and colorful they are!

ang gaganda talaga your shots, eric =D
this remind me of the time, when they had shows in intramuros from different regions of the Philippines. And then they had booths inside the big tent where they sold products from that particular region. This was about 3 years ago, maybe.- Señor Enrique said...
That was when Richard Gordon was the head of tourism, Sheilamarie. Naabutan ko din yon and I really like it because it gave people something to do in the afternoons and evenings at Intramuros!
Ngayon wala na :(
Thanks!
